DASH diet. is a great diet list to lose weight in 2012

From so many ways to lose weight or drop some pound, Dash diet is a great diet list for losing weight or dropping pounds.

Dash is chose for some rated several different weight loss programs in different categories.

So what exactly is the DASH diet? A few facts:
  1. The plan was designed to lower blood pressure, but works just fine as a weight loss program, too.
  2.  Boiled down to its simplest form, DASH asks dieters to eat more fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy, whole grains, fish and nuts while cutting way back on foods high in fat and cholesterol, red meat, sweets and salt.
  3.  DASH also wants eaters to consume plenty of "Nutrients of Concern": fiber for digestion, potassium for lower blood pressure, calcium for strong bones, vitamin B-12 for cell metabolism and vitamin D for regulating calcium and phosphates.
  4.  There is a book, "The DASH Diet Action Plan," but free PDF guides are offered online at the National Institutes of Health.
