A shot has killed six people and 12 aothers wounded in Tuscon, Arizona. One of killed persons is U.S Rep. Gabrielle Giffords. The shooting incident occured when congresswoman was meeting with her constituaent outside a Safeway grocery storeAfter the shot, Gabrielle was rapidly taken to the hospital and had surgery this afternoon for a wound to the head. The surgery was handled by Dr. Peter Rhee of the University Medical Center.
The suspected culprit has been identified as a 22-year old named Jared Lee Loughner.
